Myfoodmood.com is a website that allows you to order food online from your favorite restaurants. You can order for pick up or have it delivered. You can order while you're in school, at home, or at the office, it's all up to you and completely free of charge.

What do I do if my food does not arrive?

If your food has not been delivered after a considerable amount of time, the first thing you should do is call the restaurant directly. The restaurant's phone number is located in your order confirmation email or can be found on our website. If you still cannot get in touch with the restaurant, please call or email us to register a complaint. If your credit card was charged we will work directly with you to make sure you are fully refunded. E-mailing us is the preferred method of communication.

Does Myfoodmood.com deliver my food?

No, we do not personally deliver your food. The restaurant you order from will deliver your food. For any immediate changes to your order, please contact the restaurant directly.

When will my food arrive?

Restaurants on Myfoodmood.com have varying average delivery times which can be found on the restaurant information page. Most restaurants average between 30 to 50 minutes.

Should I leave a tip through the website or when my food arrives?

We give you the option to choose to include your tip at the end of your checkout. If you would rather take care of the tip before your food arrives and not have to worry about tipping in cash, we highly recommend this option or you can tip in cash when the food arrives. Whatever option you choose, please don't forget to tip your delivery person!

I want to make a change to my order. What do I do?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact the restaurant directly. The restaurants phone number can be found on our website or in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
